Update pagination component to reflect new Data Table styling

Building a collections type API to help manage state in child elements with structured hierarchies, e.g. Menus, Lists, Trees. This is going to be useful to enable keyboard interaction across the application

Currently, Chakra-ui decouples the NumberInputStepper components and allows users to edit their appearance and behavior: https://v2.chakra-ui.com/docs/components/number-input/usage . Is it possible to do the same or include a prop in the parent NumberInput to hide the stepper?
